Last Minute Cake Order

My sister in law ordered this delicious decadent Dark Chocolate Cake for her boss's birthday. She called me at 7 pm and was wanting the cake to be delivered at 10 pm so she can bring it to work the next day, good thing I had all the ingredients and was able to whip out the cake in less than 3 hours. As always, it was a hit at their office! Oh yah!!!

Wedding In December

160 pieces of regular sized Red Velvet and Mango Cupcakes ordered for a wedding in Daly City. Client also ordered a chocolate cake with vanilla frosting which they later decorated with roses.

Baby Shower Cupcakes

A very good friend of mine ordered cupcakes for his wife's baby shower. He ordered Mango, Salted Caramel and Red Velvet. It was a hit and by the time I left there were only 5 cupcakes on the table!!! Thank you Peter!

My forever loyal client Dolly, ordered this two tier Hello Kitty Cake for her daughters 3rd birthday. The bottom tier was Red Velvet and the top was Milo (her all time favorite). She also ordered Red Velvet and Milo mini cupcakes! As always, thank you very much Dolly!

Valentines Day

We had a few orders of Red Velvet and Salted Caramel Cupcakes for Valentines Day which I adorned with LOVE & XOXO fondant cutouts. We also had clients who ordered my famous Pistachio Sansrival (Pistachio Merengue cake frosted with Italian buttercream topped with chopped unsalted roasted pistachios). In French Sansrival means "No Rival."

Carebears Theme

Today's order- Carebears Theme. The cake was D' Nutty Monkey (Banana cake with walnuts, chocolate chip chunk frosted with chocolate). The cupcake flavors were Chocolate Vanilla, Lemon Kist and Strawberry Fields. The cake was covered in fondant and I made the rainbows in fondant. Client provided the carebears cake & cupcake toppers.

It's been a long while since I last updated my blog. I have new flavors that you guys should try: Salted Caramel (moist chocolate cake with chocolate frosting sprinkled with a little Mediterranean sea salt. Another creation I have is my Mango Caramel: Mango cake with a spread of yummy caramel topped with mango frosting. You guys should definitely try this!

Welcome the Newest Cakelet on our Menu....Introducing...."The King"

I got the idea while watching the food network...experimented a little bit like the mad baker that I am and....voila! Named after the mercurial singer who so dearly loved the combination of peanut butter, banana, and bacon. A true genius well ahead of his time!

Red Velvet, Strawberry Fields, and Total Blackout cakelets on our stand (available by request for a small fee) topped by a custom fondant-covered Red Velvet 8-inch cake. The birthday party had a very fun Jersey Shore theme, so our cakelets were topped with custom fondant cutouts of pickles, GTL, pushed-up boobs, and six-pack abs!

Office party order for 24 Peanut Butter Craziness mini cakelets and 24 Red Velvet mini cakelets. The other order was for a friend's son, Keogh, who was celebrating a birthday - 24 Red Velvet mini cakelets. I really enjoyed decorating these orders!
