Today's order....Mango Mania and Red Velvet

We've had a slew of mini orders in the past few months that I was actually a bit out of sorts making the regular sized ones! LOL Anyway, a special order for a friend: Mango Mania and Red Velvet. Enjoy the delectable imagery!

Welcome the Newest Cakelet on our Menu....Introducing...."The King"

I got the idea while watching the food network...experimented a little bit like the mad baker that I am and....voila! Named after the mercurial singer who so dearly loved the combination of peanut butter, banana, and bacon. A true genius well ahead of his time!

Red Velvet, Strawberry Fields, and Total Blackout cakelets on our stand (available by request for a small fee) topped by a custom fondant-covered Red Velvet 8-inch cake. The birthday party had a very fun Jersey Shore theme, so our cakelets were topped with custom fondant cutouts of pickles, GTL, pushed-up boobs, and six-pack abs!

Mango Mania and a new creation: Raspberry Darkness

Whoops I forgot to post about my order from a couple of days back...

Office party order for 24 Peanut Butter Craziness mini cakelets and 24 Red Velvet mini cakelets. The other order was for a friend's son, Keogh, who was celebrating a birthday - 24 Red Velvet mini cakelets. I really enjoyed decorating these orders!

Today's fruity tropical treat!

Sorry for the yellow tint on the pictures. These were taken with my iPhone 4 around 5 AM this morning. This is an order for a snowboarding party for 24 mini Going Guava cakelets and 24 mini Mango Mania cakelets. Bringing a little bit of the tropics to the snow!

This event was a baptism to a precious little girl. Mayette placed an order of our mini's (2 dozen each flavor) Red Velvet, Venus de Milo, Going Guava and Mango Mania. Thank you so much and I look forward to working with you again!
